How It Works
Forced Circulation Pump: A high-capacity circulation pump continuously drives the liquid through the heat exchanger tubes at high velocity to prevent scaling and ensure uniform heat distribution.
Controlled Heating: The liquid is heated in the heat exchanger, typically under pressure, keeping it below its boiling point to avoid premature vaporization inside the tubes.
Flash / Separation Chamber: The heated liquid enters a flash vessel where a sudden pressure drop triggers rapid evaporation and vapor formation.
Vapor-Liquid Separation: Vapor is efficiently separated from the concentrated liquid, while the remaining solution is either recirculated for further concentration or discharged as final product.
