A Hot Air Generator is widely used to supply the required thermal energy for industrial drying applications. In this system, combustion takes place in a fluidized bed, where a controlled flow of air is introduced to keep the fuel in a fluidized state, ensuring stable and efficient combustion.
The hot gases produced during combustion pass over the heat exchanger tubes, transferring thermal energy to the process air circulating through the heat exchanger system. This results in a consistent supply of clean, controlled hot air for various drying operations.
Flue gases containing particulate matter are then directed through a series of fabric filter bags, which effectively capture dust and fine particles. The cleaned gases are safely released through the chimney, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and reduced emissions.
